Seeking an experienced Associate Principal specializing in Salesforce Architecture with expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components Apex Aura and Visual Force to lead and architect scalable Salesforce solutions
:
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components LWC Apex Aura and Visual Force Drive the adoption of best practices in Salesforce development and architecture within the organization
- Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure high quality code standards performance optimization and security compliance across Salesforce implementations
- Provide strategic guidance on platform capabilities integration patterns and technical roadmaps
- Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce architecture and advanced development techniques
- Oversee complex Salesforce customizations including managed packages and multi org environments
- Evaluate and implement Salesforce platform innovations to enhance solution efficiency and scalability
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead end to end Salesforce solutions focusing on Lightning Web Components Apex Aura and Visual Force Define and enforce architecture standards governance and best practices for Salesforce development
- Conduct code and design reviews to ensure adherence to technical standards and optimize performance Drive technical leadership in sprint planning estimation and delivery management
- Lead integration design using Salesforce APIs and ensure seamless interoperability with external systems
- Manage security design and compliance including CRUDFLS enforcement and sharing models Champion DevOps practices including CICD pipelines workplace management and automated testing
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals Mentor senior developers and architects fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
