Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Life and Employability Skills Trainer, located in Chennai. The trainer will be responsible for conducting life skills and employability training sessions for young people. Tasks include designing and delivering interactive training modules,
evaluating participant progress, and providing feedback. The trainer will also collaborate with local community stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals.
Salary : 30-35K CTC over and above travel & mobile allowances

Qualifications
Experience in designing and delivering life skills and employability training
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess and evaluate participant progress
Proficiency in using training tools and resources
Familiarity with community engagement and stakeholder collaboration
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Vocational Training, or related field
Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
