Role Overview

As a Wealth Solutions Advisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth while acting as a trusted financial partner to clients. This role combines calling and field sales, client relationship management, and advisory-driven selling. You will be responsible for acquiring recent clients, nurturing existing relationships, and contributing directly to the companys revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth by sourcing new leads through outbound calls, field activities,

referrals, and structured prospecting methods.
- Market and sell insurance, mutual fund,



and health solutions in line with organizational guidelines and client requirements.
- Manage existing client portfolios through regular follow-ups, renewals, and identification of cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships by assessing financial objectives and delivering appropriate wealth solutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets in alignment with company sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
