We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Librarian to join our team at Banari Amman Institute of Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in library management and be able to provide excellent service to our students, faculty, and staff.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the overall operation of the library, including cataloging, circulation, and reference services.
- Develop and implement library policies and procedures to ensure compliance with AICTE norms.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate library resources into their curriculum.
- Provide training and instruction on library resources and databases to students and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of library materials, including inventory and circulation statistics.




- Participate in budgeting and planning for library services and resources.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of library management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including students, faculty, and staff.
- Proficient in using library software and technology, including online catalogs and digital databases.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
