Job Title: Legal Intern / Consultant (3 Months)

Duration: 3 Months Role Overview:

We are looking for a Legal Intern / Consultant to support our legal team in handling day-to-day legal operations. This role will provide exposure to commercial contracts, intellectual property, and data privacy compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and partnership contracts

Support in managing and tracking contract lifecycles and documentation

Conduct legal research and provide summaries on relevant laws and regulations

Assist in intellectual property-related matters such as trademarks and copyrights

Support in the development, review, and implementation of data privacy policies and compliance frameworks





Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance across business functions Eligibility Criteria:

Law student (3rd year and above for 5-year course / final year for 3-year course) or recent graduate

Strong understanding of contract law and basic corporate legal concepts

Prior internship experience in a law firm or in-house legal team is preferred Skills Required:

Solid drafting and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Research and analytical skills
