Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage all legal matters relating to the Company's affairs, including contracts, agreements, regulatory compliance, disputes, arbitrations, litigation, and corporate governance.

- Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies that align with the Company's commercial objectives while mitigating legal and financial risks.

- Provide strategic legal advice to the management on organizational structuring, restructuring, business operations, investments, acquisitions, and other key business decisions.

- Take ownership of the Company's overall legal function by overseeing, coordinating, and driving all ongoing and future legal matters across various forums and jurisdictions.

- Act as the central point of coordination between the Company and external law firms, senior counsel, consultants, and regulatory authorities, ensuring consistency in legal strategy and effective case management.

- Review, supervise, and guide all pleadings, legal notices, written submissions, agreements, opinions,



and other legal documentation prepared on behalf of the Company.

- Develop litigation and dispute resolution strategies that protect the Company's commercial interests and maximize the likelihood of favorable outcomes across all matters.

- Represent the Company before courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities, government departments, and other forums wherever required or oversee such representation through external counsel.

- Conduct periodic reviews of all ongoing litigations, monitor progress, establish timelines, and ensure proactive follow-up with legal teams to avoid delays and drive matters toward resolution.

- Identify legal risks affecting the Company's business and implement preventive measures, compliance frameworks, and internal policies to minimize exposure.

- Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to resolve complex legal and commercial issues while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
