NRole Summary:

NWe're seeking a Client Servicing & Transaction Manager to serve as the primary liaison for B2B

Nclients and drive end-to-end transaction execution between developers/malls and brands.

NKey Responsibilities:

NClient Relationship Management

N- Act as the first point of contact for B2B clients, cultivating strong, trust-based relationships





N- Proactively coordinate with clients to gather critical data points and understand business requirements

NTransaction Management

N- Guide clients through the decision-making process with strategic negotiation support to close deals

N- Manage the complete transaction lifecycle including LOIs, agreements, term sheets,and legal drafts

N- Ensure timely executionand compliance across all transaction documentation

NBusiness Development & Retention

N- Support retention of existing client through consistent engagement and value delivery

N- Identify and pursue newleads to expand the client portfolio

N- Drive the leasing pipeline from prospect development through proposal, presentation, and closure

NStrategic Communication

N- Deliver tailored property/mall recommendations aligned with client objectives

N- Maintain consistent pre-sales and post-sales communication to foster long-term partnerships

N- Present proposals and insights with clarity and impact

NSkills Required:

N- Experience in leasing (offices/retail/F&B;)

N- Understanding of transaction cycles and agreement drafting

N- Exceptional relationship-building and detail orientation

N- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with robust inter-departmental coordination
