Role Overview
As a B2C Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving enrollments for our online Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) degree programs. You will guide prospective learners through their journeyfrom initial inquiry to successful admissionusing a consultative sales approach.
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to new prospects and follow up with existing leads
- Engage candidates via calls, emails, chats, demos, and trial sessions
- Understand candidates career goals and recommend suitable programs (BA,
BCom, BSc, MA, MCom, MCA, MBA, etc.)
- Deliver compelling product presentations and counseling sessions
Manage the entire sales funnel using CRM tools Maintain high quality sales practices and consistently achieve targets
Preferred candidate profile
1. 0-5 years of experience in B2C sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply) Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, LeadSquared, or NoPaperForms is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong ownership mindset and result-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting
- Resilience and a passion for achieving sales targets
