Role Description The Learning and Development Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that build skills and capabilities across CureBay’s hub, spoke, and satellite health center teams. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs assessments, developing curricula and learning materials, coordinating and delivering training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness.

The Learning and Development Lead will collaborate closely with operations, clinical, and corporate teams to ensure learning initiatives support organizational goals and improve patient-centric service delivery. The role also involves maintaining learning documentation,



leveraging digital tools for training, and continuously refining programs based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

Strong experience in learning and development, including training needs analysis, curriculum design, and facilitation of workshops and training programs.

Demonstrated ability to create engaging learning content, using a mix of classroom, on-the-job, and digital learning methods.

Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) or other e-learning platforms, and comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Robust organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.

Experience in healthcare, social impact, or service-focused organizations is an advantage, especially in underserved or rural markets.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
