Role Description This is a full-time, in office Leadership Team, Relationship Manager role based in Indore. The person in this role will oversee and nurture relationships with key partners, distributors, and customers, ensuring a seamless insurance experience and high satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities include managing partner onboarding, coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries, monitoring performance metrics, and driving business growth through effective relationship management. The role will also involve conducting regular meetings, providing product and process guidance, handling escalations, and contributing to strategic initiatives set by the leadership team.

The Relationship





Manager will support local operations, maintain compliance with company policies, and report on partnership performance and market insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.

Customer service and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to handle escalations, address concerns promptly, and ensure a smooth customer journey.

Basic understanding of insurance products, distribution models, and brokerage operations; prior experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage.

Organizational and coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple accounts, track performance, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work on-site in Indore, adapt to a dynamic environment, and take accountability for meeting relationship and business targets.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
