About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Non-Tech Recruiter to join our

Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing,

attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for various non-technical roles across departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Retail Banking.

You will play a critical role in building a diverse and high-performing team that drives our company’s growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, market mapping to attract top talent.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to identify suitable candidates.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates.

Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract potential candidates.

Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.

Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

5 to 8 years of experience in hiring for Non-Tech roles.

Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.

Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
