?? Experience: 2–5 Years
? Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
? Educational Qualifications: 2-year LLB (minimum) Key Responsibilities
- Review and process legal notices such as garnishments, levies, liens, and subpoenas.
- Place/release account holds and manage fund restraints.
- Prepare legal responses and maintain accurate case documentation.
- Communicate with customers, attorneys, creditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, SLAs, and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Experience in legal notice (lien, levy, or garnishment) processing.
- Background in banking/financial services operations.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory processes.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience in BPO/Shared Services is an added advantage. ? Interested?
