We are seeking a Lead Specialist – BI who has demonstrated experience in team handling and end-to-end project management within the BI domain. You will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing project appraisals, and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple live and upcoming projects. This role requires strong communication skills and a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of BI professionals, including involvement in team appraisals.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of BI projects.
- Manage multiple live projects concurrently, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Drive project initiatives from conception through to completion, ensuring all phases are managed effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members,



fostering their professional growth.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with all relevant stakeholders.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling as a manager.
- Proven involvement in appraisals.
- Experience managing at least 4 end-to-end projects.
- Currently managing 2 live projects.
- Good Communication Skills (verbal and written).
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a energetic environment.

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
