About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Lead / Senior AWS Solutions Architect to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-scale cloud solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS infrastructure, cloud migrations, solution architecture, DevOps practices, and enterprise cloud transformation initiatives. You will work closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecyclefrom solution discovery and architecture design to implementation, migration, deployment, and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized AWS cloud architectures.
- Lead end-to-end AWS solution delivery, including discovery workshops, solution architecture, effort estimation (LOE), proposal/SOW preparation, implementation, and production support.
- Architect and implement enterprise cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Build and optimize cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
- Design resilient networking architectures including VPCs, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, and hybrid connectivity.
- Develop and implement cloud security best practices, governance, identity management, and compliance controls.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and client-facing solution presentations.
- Troubleshoot production issues, lead root cause analysis (RCA), and drive continuous improvements.




- Mentor cloud engineers and provide technical leadership across AWS engagements.

Required Skills &

Experience :

1. Must Have :

- 10 years of overall experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Cloud Architecture, DevOps, or Enterprise Cloud Solutions.
- 8 years of hands-on experience as an AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Cloud Architect, or AWS Technical Lead.
- Proven experience owning complete AWS engagements from pre-sales through implementation and production support.
- Strong expertise with core AWS services including : EC2, ECS / EKS, AWS Lambda, VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Route 53, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora, IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, Security Hub, and AWS Config.
- Experience leading AWS migration and modernization projects using AWS Migration Hub, AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), and AWS Landing Zone.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring cloud engineers.
- Experience handling technical escalations and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Exposure to Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional are a plus.
