- Lead and manage Oracle APEX projects across India and the EMEA regions.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in both India and EMEA markets.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Communicate effectively across different regions and time zones.
- Implement best practices for Oracle APEX development and project management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Oracle APEX applications.
Qualifications:
- bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle APEX developer with at least 5-7 years in a senior role.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of managing projects across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
Skills Required:
- Expert knowledge of Oracle APEX development.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Oracle APEX 20.x or later versions.
