- Design and develop conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.
- Integrate Looker for data visualization and reporting to enhance AI insights.
- Collaborate with contact center teams to integrate Dialogflow with CVP and ICM systems.
- Continuously improve AI interactions based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.
- Proficiency in Looker, with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
