Job Title: Lead – HR Operations & Employee Benefits

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Lead – HR Operations & Employee Benefits to drive end-to-end HR operations and benefits management across ABFRL and its subsidiaries. This role will play a critical part in delivering seamless HR service delivery, driving HR transformation, and enhancing employee experience through automation, governance, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Service Delivery

- Lead end-to-end HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire)
- Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of HR processes
- Ensure seamless operations and improved service quality across HO, ZO, and frontline employees
- Implement employee-centric service models to deliver a consumer-grade experience

Employee Advantages & Policy Management

- Oversee and manage the complete benefits portfolio (insurance, wellness, compensation support, etc.)
- Design and implement competitive, market-aligned benefits programs
- Drive policy design, review, and effective communication across the organization
- Support Annual Compensation Review (ACR) processes

HR Analytics & Governance

- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and predictive analytics (headcount, attrition, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems
- Lead internal and external audits (ISO,



system audits, etc.)
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency

HRMS & Digital Transformation

- Lead HRMS (Poornata/HRIS) implementation and enhancement initiatives
- Partner with IT, Digital HR, and vendors to drive automation and system integration
- Map and transform HR processes (As-Is to To-Be)
- Lead UATs, track milestones, and ensure successful project delivery

Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify gaps in current processes and implement scalable solutions
- Drive digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Establish governance frameworks for HR data and processes

Stakeholder & Team Management

- Collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders, IT, payroll, and external partners
- Manage and develop HR operations team capabilities
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and translate business needs into HR solutions

Key Skills & Qualifications

- MBA / Postgraduate in HR or related field
- Strong experience in HR Operations, HRMS, and Benefits Management
- Expertise in HR analytics, process automation, and governance
- Proven experience in HR transformation and digital initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
