Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation / Inside Sales Executive to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the IT Infrastructure / Networking / Cybersecurity / System Integrator (SI) industry and be familiar with similar IT product lines.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Identify prospective customers across Enterprise, SMB, Government, and Corporate segments.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM/database.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and tracking.




- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales.
- Mandatory experience in the IT Infrastructure / Networking / Cybersecurity / System Integrator (SI) industry.
- Exposure to IT products such as Networking, Servers, Storage, Security, Cloud, Data Center, or AV Solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, LinkedIn, and online lead generation platforms.
- Self-motivated with solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in B2B IT solutions sales or lead generation will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
