About the Role: We are seeking a driven, proactive Lead Generation Intern with proven experience in generating organic leads for service-based brands on Instagram. This is a part-time, remote position (4 hours/day, 6 days a week) offering a stipend of ₹10,000/month, with a direct pathway to convert into a full-time role after 3 months.

Key Responsibilities: Execute organic lead generation strategies across Instagram to target and engage ideal prospects for service-based businesses.

Manage direct outreach, build conversations, and nurture potential clients through the sales pipeline.

Maintain consistency in daily outreach efforts while tracking and reporting metrics.

Work closely with management; you will receive ongoing training and mentorship to refine your skills and scale results.

Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Demonstrated track record of organic lead generation specifically on Instagram for service-based brands.

Availability:



Able to commit to 4 hours per day, 6 days a week.

Mindset: Strong long-term commitment to transition into a full-time employee post-internship.

Skills: Excellent written communication, strong understanding of Instagram's features/algorithm, and a self-motivated work ethic.
