Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Lead Engagement Counselor to join the Gujarat College Of Photography. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, counselling them about our photography programs, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

The role requires excellent communication skills, robust follow-up abilities, and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and will play a key role in driving admissions while maintaining a high standard of student experience.

Responsibilities

- Contact and engage with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend the most suitable photography programs.
- Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, institute facilities, and key benefits.
- Conduct counselling sessions and convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
- Guide students through the admission process and assist with required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Coordinate campus visits and institute tours for interested students.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Resolve student queries professionally and ensure an excellent counselling experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, counselling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual.
- Must be fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi .
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Education
