As Lead Developer, you will have strong expertise in .NET and Python to drive the development of scalable, cloud-native applications for global clients. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can play as anchor by mentoring engineering teams, architecting solutions and deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced Agile setting.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills and has a passion for building robust, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using .NET and Python technologies.
- Define application architecture, establish engineering standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Drive performance optimization, application security, and system reliability.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical estimations, and release management activities.




- Resolve complex technical challenges and provide production support when required.
- Champion engineering excellence through automation, CI/CD, testing, and modern development practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET 8.
- Strong programming skills in C# as well as Python with for backend development.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
- Experience working with SQL Server and other relational databases.
- Great at Azure cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
