About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer with robust expertise in Fircosoft Sanctions Screening solutions to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java development, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Fircosoft products, along with exposure to AML, sanctions screening, and payment filtering solutions in the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build REST APIs and Microservices for financial compliance applications.
- Develop and support high-volume transaction processing systems.
- Work on Fircosoft products including Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, and Firco Compliance Link.
- Configure and support sanctions screening, watchlist filtering, and payment screening workflows.
- Optimize screening rules, matching logic, and false-positive reduction.
- Integrate Fircosoft with banking and payment platforms.
- Develop frontend components using Angular or React.
- Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL,



or SQL Server databases.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies.
