Looking for an exceptional Lead Data Scientist / AI/ML Engineer to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives across Credit Risk, Fraud Detection, Collections &

- Recovery, driving intelligent decision-making for millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI Product Pods across Credit Risk, Fraud &
- Collections
- Design, build and deploy large-scale ML systems in production
- Build scalable MLOps platforms, Feature Stores &
- Model Registries
- Develop AI solutions for: Credit Underwriting, Fraud Detection, Portfolio Risk Monitoring, Anomaly Detection, Collections &
- Recovery Optimization
- Ensure Model Governance, Explainability &
- BFSI Regulatory Compliance

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk &
- Collections AI
- Expertise in Python, Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes, MLOps &
- Distributed ML Systems
- Robust BFSI domain with Model Governance &
- Regulatory Compliance
- Experience leading AI/ML teams and enterprise AI platforms

Preferred:

- Product, FinTech, Banking, NBFC or GCC background
- NRI professionals planning to relocate to India are welcome
- Experience with Graph ML, Vector DBs &
- LLM-enabled AI platforms
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech from IITs, NITs or BITS
