We're looking for a confident, friendly, and results-driven Lead Conversion & Client Success Intern to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be handling incoming enquiries, building relationships with potential clients, and converting them into confirmed bookings.

Handle incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website enquiries, and phone calls.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography and cinematography packages.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the sales pipeline.
Deliver a professional and premium client experience from first contact to booking.
Requirements
Excellent spoken Hindi and English.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident handling phone and video calls.
Comfortable negotiating and closing sales.
Organized and proactive with good follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
