Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. This role requires a creative and passionate individual with strong design skills. You will be responsible for developing cutting-edge interior design solutions for clients while actively engaging in activities to secure projects. Proficiency in both AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities (Design) Client Collaboration: Work with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget requirements.

Concept Development: Develop creative and functional design concepts, including space planning, furniture layouts, material selections.

Presentations: Prepare detailed design presentations—including mood boards, sketches, accurate 2D drawings (AutoCAD),



and compelling 3D visualizations (SketchUp)—along with material samples to effectively communicate ideas.

Technical Drawings: Produce detailed working drawings and specifications for construction and installation using AutoCAD.

Sourcing & FF&E;: Select and source furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E;), materials, and finishes, ensuring they meet project requirements and budget constraints.

Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Site Supervision: Conduct site visits and oversee the installation of design elements to ensure quality and adherence to the design intent.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and industry technologies.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (non-negotiable).
