We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Lead to lead new client acquisition for our ITES/BPO service lines. The role is focused on identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients - primarily in the UK and US markets - into long-term outsourcing partnerships. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-owning position suited to a self-starter comfortable with both outbound prospecting and full-cycle deal closure.

Requirements

Own and deliver on quarterly and annual recent-business revenue targets across assigned ITES/BPO verticals (e.g., healthcare BPO, mortgage/fintech BPO, back-office, and voice/non-voice support).

Build and manage a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and inbound lead conversion.

Identify and prioritize target accounts - including funded startups, mid-market, and enterprise buyers - through market mapping and account research.

Drive the end-to-end sales cycle:



prospecting, discovery calls, solutioning, proposal/RFP response, commercial negotiation, and closure.

Collaborate with delivery, compliance, and pre-sales teams to shape client-specific solutions and pricing models.

Represent the company's compliance credentials, delivery model, and differentiators confidently in client conversations.

Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity data in CRM; report progress against targets on a weekly/monthly cadence.

Track competitor positioning and industry trends (via analyst sources, market intelligence, and networking) to sharpen outreach strategy.
