Purpose/Objective The Lead – Administration will be responsible for driving and managing all administrative operations across Adani Realty's Mumbai offices, project sites, experience centers, and associated facilities.

The role will ensure seamless workplace management, infrastructure upkeep, employee services, vendor governance, travel management, statutory compliance related to administration, and cost optimization while maintaining world-class workplace standards aligned with Adani Group policies.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Administrative Operations Management - Lead end-to-end administration activities for corporate offices, sales offices, project sites, and guest houses.

- Ensure smooth functioning of workplace infrastructure, utilities, facilities, and employee support services.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor service quality standards across all administrative functions. Facility & Infrastructure Management - Oversee maintenance and upkeep of office premises, common areas, parking facilities, conference rooms, and associated infrastructure.

- Ensure uninterrupted operations of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, elevators, and firefighting systems.
- Coordinate with facility management partners and internal stakeholders for preventive and breakdown maintenance. Vendor & Contract Management - Manage vendors related to housekeeping, security, transport, facility management, office maintenance, and employee services.

- Drive vendor selection, onboarding, negotiations, performance management, and contract renewals.
- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.




- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies. Security & Workplace Governance - Coordinate with security teams to ensure safe and secure workplace environments.

- Implement visitor management systems and access control protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, emergency response procedures, and crisis management protocols. Employee Services & Workplace Experience - Ensure excellent employee experience through effective workplace management.

- Oversee employee transportation, travel arrangements, accommodation, guest house operations, cafeteria management, and other employee support services.
- Address workplace-related concerns and enhance overall employee satisfaction. Budgeting & Cost Control - Prepare and manage annual administration budgets.

- Monitor expenditure and ensure effective cost optimization measures.
- Track administrative expenses and maintain budgetary discipline.
- Generate periodic MIS reports and management dashboards. Compliance & Statutory Management - Ensure compliance with applicable statutory regulations related to administration and facilities.

- Coordinate audits and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records, licenses, permits, and vendor documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, ESG initiatives,



and corporate governance requirements. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with HR, Projects, Finance, Procurement, Security, Legal, and Business Heads.

- Support leadership in workplace expansion, office relocations, and infrastructure enhancement initiatives.
- Act as the primary administrative point of contact for Mumbai operations. Digitalization & Process Improvement - Drive automation and digital solutions for workplace management.

- Implement best practices in administration, sustainability, and employee services.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency through process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Engineering, Commerce, Management, or related discipline.

- MBA / PGDM in Operations, Facilities Management, Administration, or General Management preferred.
- Qualified certifications in Facility Management, Administration, or Workplace Management will be an added advantage. Experience Required - 12–18 years of overall experience in Administration, Facilities Management, Corporate Services, or Workplace Management.

- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large administrative operations.
- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, or large corporate organizations preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple office locations and project sites.
