Job DescriptionIT By Design is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Lead Accountant to own and manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for our India entity. This is a high-impact role with a defined growth path toward a Global Finance Lead position supporting operations across India, the US, and the Philippines.

NKey Responsibilities

n- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

N- Manage financial reporting, general ledger, reconciliations, and audits

N- Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, and tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.)

N- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, treasury, and cash flow forecasting

N- Prepare management reports, financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts

N- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and stronger financial controls

N- Partner with leadershipand cross-functional teams to support business growth and decision-making

NWhat We're Looking For

N- 8–12+ years of progressive Accounting & Finance experience

N- Strong expertise in financial reporting, month-end close, payroll, AR/AP, treasury, and compliance

N- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax,



audits, and statutory filings

N- Advanced Excel skills and strong accounting fundamentals

N- QuickBooks experience preferred

N- Experience in a services, technology, or fast-paced business environment preferred

N- Exposure to Power BI, ERP systems, finance automation, or AI tools is a plus
