Lawyer Position: Lawyer with 2-5-year exp..

Location: Ranchi/Jharkhand
Annual salary: 1,80,000 - 3,00,000 If you are a principled professional with a deep understanding of corporate law and a knack for strategic negotiation, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities Legal Advisory: Provide expert and timely legal advice to management on a variety of legal issues (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, etc.).
Contract Management: Draft, evaluate, and negotiate a wide range of corporate contracts and agreements.
Compliance: Ensure the company operates in strict adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
Litigation Support: Manage external counsel and represent the company’s interests in legal proceedings or disputes.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to minimize company exposure.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of legal documents, filings, and corporate governance.
Qualification Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) , or a Master of Laws (LLM) is highly desirable.
License:
Valid license to practice law and active registration with the Bar Council.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a corporate or reputable firm setting.
Requirements Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
Negotiation: Proven ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining professional relationships.
Research Skills: High proficiency in legal research tools and staying updated on shifting legislative landscapes.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for drafting legal documents and advising stakeholders.
