Job Type: Full-time Shift: US Shift (Rotational) PST Time Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are fluent in English and Punjabi and are interested in building a career in language interpretation and customer support. This is an excellent opportunity to work with U.S.-based clients in a professional and multicultural environment. As a Language Interpreter, you will facilitate communication between English-speaking representatives and Punjabi-speaking customers through real-time interpretation.

Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand interpretation techniques, client processes, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and real-time interpretation between English and Punjabi during customer interactions. Facilitate effective communication between U.S.-based clients and Punjabi-speaking customers. Accurately interpret conversations without adding, omitting, or altering information.

Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information and sensitive conversations. Preserve the tone, intent, and cultural context of the conversation during interpretation. Follow company policies, quality standards, and client-specific guidelines.

Participate in training sessions, quality reviews, and coaching programs to continuously improve performance. Develop knowledge of interpretation best practices, industry terminology, and cultural nuances. Work collaboratively with Team Leads and Quality teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Punjabi . Strong listening, comprehension,



and interpersonal skills. Good memory retention and the ability to understand and relay information accurately.

Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused during conversations. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office and internet applications. Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.

A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Language certification or formal training in interpretation will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Work Workplace Night shift supporting PST (U.S. time zones). Work-from-office (Noida). Use of headsets, interpretation software, CRM tools, and secure communication systems. Structured training and ongoing learning opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Fresh graduates with excellent English and Punjabi communication skills. Candidates passionate about languages, communication, and customer service. Quick learners with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle conversations professionally while maintaining confidentiality. Flexible and willing to work in a dynamic, process-driven environment. Prior internship, BPO, customer service, or language-related experience is a plus but not required .
