nWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are fluent in English and Punjabi and are interested in building a career in language interpretation and customer support. This is an excellent opportunity to work with U.S.-based clients in a professional and multicultural environment.

NAs a Language Interpreter, you will facilitate communication between English-speaking representatives and Punjabi-speaking customers through real-time interpretation. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand interpretation techniques, client processes, and quality standards.

- Provide accurate and real-time interpretation between English and Punjabi during customer interactions.

- Facilitate effective communication between U.S.-based clients and Punjabi-speaking customers.

- Accurately interpret conversations without adding, omitting, or altering information.
N
- Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information and sensitive conversations.
N
- Preserve the tone, intent, and cultural context of the conversation during interpretation.
N
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and client-specific guidelines.
N
- Participate in trainingsessions, quality reviews, and coaching programs to continuously improve performance.
N
- Develop knowledge of interpretation best practices, industry terminology, and cultural nuances.

- Work collaboratively with Team Leads and Quality teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Punjabi.

nEducational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degreein any discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

- Language certification or formal training in interpretation will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

- Night shift supporting PST (U.S. time zones).
