Job Overview:

We are seeking a Labelling Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining labelling machines, ensuring efficiency, and upholding our high-quality standards in packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Set up, operate, and monitor labelling machines to ensure accurate and efficient application of labels.

✔Adjust machine settings based on different product packaging specifications.

✔Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

✔Inspect labelled products for accuracy, alignment, and quality compliance.

✔Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols.

✔Record production data and report any issues to the supervisor.

✔Work collaboratively with the quality control and production teams to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Hard Skills:

✔Experience operating labelling machines in a manufacturing setting ✔(preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or oral care industries).

✔Knowledge of machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance.

✔Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality control standards.

✔Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and production specifications.

Soft Skills:





✔Strong attention to detail and ability to identify labelling defects.

✔Excellent problem-solving skills.

✔Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

✔Team player with good communication skills.

✔Commitment to quality, precision, and efficiency.

Education & Certifications:

✔High School Diploma or equivalent.

✔Technical certification in machine operation or industrial mechanics is an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

✔Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operating labelling or packaging machines.

✔Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or oral care manufacturing is preferred.
