Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure laboratory operations adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee daily activities of the laboratory team, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and project execution.

- Develop and implement effective laboratory procedures for food testing and analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, processing, and packaging.

- Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry (food technology background preferred).

- M.Sc. degree in Food Technology/ Food & Nutrition or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

- Robust knowledge of lab management principles, equipment maintenance practices, and laboratory safety guidelines.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across various functions.
