- Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

- 1+ Year Experience: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Medico Workforce is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established Diagnostic Centre committed to providing accurate diagnostic services and quality patient care. We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technicians to join the growing laboratory team.

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled

Lab Technicians to perform laboratory investigations, process patient samples, and ensure accurate test results while maintaining quality and safety standards. Freshers with relevant qualifications and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples.

- Perform routine laboratory investigations accurately.

- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.

- Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.

- Follow NABL and infection control protocols.





- Ensure timely reporting of laboratory test results.

- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the laboratory.

- Coordinate with pathologists and other healthcare professionals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma/Degree in DMLT, MLT, BMLT, or equivalent.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with 1+ year of laboratory experience will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and sample handling.

- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
