We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Lab Manager.He/She will play a crucial role in overseeing daily lab operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Why join us?

Prospect to build a product that will have a significant impact on people's health and well-being What You’ll Do? Coordinate and manage day-to-day lab activities, also ensuring efficient workflow and resource utilization.



Collaborate with medical and technical staff to ensure smooth sample processing, accurate testing, and timely result reporting. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and reagents to ensure uninterrupted lab operations.

Support quality control and quality assurance processes to maintain accurate and reliable test results. Participate in proficiency testing and quality improvement initiatives, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, accreditation requirements, and safety protocols. Assist in preparing for inspections and audits by regulatory bodies, addressing any findings as necessary.

Provide guidance and mentorship to laboratory staff, promoting a positive work environment and fostering professional growth.

Help with training new staff members, ensuring they understand lab protocols and safety measures.

Assist in maintaining accurate and organized records of test results, patient information, and other relevant data.

Identify areas for process optimization and operational efficiency, and propose and implement solutions.

Contribute to emergency response protocols and procedures to ensure the lab's readiness to handle unexpected situations.

Skills we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in a clinical diagnostic laboratory setting, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong understanding of laboratory operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in laboratory settings.
