The of Lab Technician as below Job Title Physics and Chemistry Lab Technician Location I T S Engineering College Greater Noida Department Applied Science Humanities Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Physics and Chemistry Lab Technician to support the daily operations of our science laboratories The technician will assist in preparing maintaining and managing laboratory equipment and chemicals support faculty or researchers during experiments ensure safety compliance and contribute to an efficient and organized laboratory workplace Key Responsibilities Prepare and set up materials reagents and equipment for physics and chemistry experiments Assist instructors or students during lab sessions demonstrations or practical classes Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure they are calibrated and functioning properly Perform standard chemical and physical tests as required Label store and dispose of chemicals and materials following safety protocols and regulations Maintain accurate inventory of chemicals materials and equipment Clean and sterilize laboratory tools glassware and surfaces Keep detailed records of laboratory procedures calibrations and maintenance logs Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards including proper use of PPE and emergency procedures Assist with procurement of laboratory supplies and manage stock levels Support students and researchers in understanding and using lab equipment safely and correctly Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Physics Chemistry Desirable Prior experience in a laboratory setting is preferred Familiarity with laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling Basic understanding of physics and chemistry concepts and laboratory techniques Skilled in the use of standard lab equipment such as microscopes spectrometers centrifuges Bunsen burners voltmeters etc Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
