- Electronics Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing of electronic assemblies (EMS).
- Proficiency in operation of SMT line (preferably Panasonic SMT line) , Wave soldering and Manual soldering processes / operations.
- Knowledge of fixture development for SMT / Wave soldering / Manual soldering
- Proficiency in SPI, AOI programming.
- Knowledge of IPC standards.
- Store / Inventory management of electronic components.
- Robust exposure to QMS (Quality Management System)
- Experience in product development process APQP, PPAP,DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan & relevant part manufacturing documentation Etc.
- Knowledge of EV parts manufacturing process (Vehicle control unit, Motor control unit, Battery chargers, DC-DC convertors ) and child part components like PCB , PTH components, MI components
- Knowledge of troubleshooting methods GD& T, QC story, multiple 5 why, 8D analysis.
- Knowledge of machine management and troubleshooting
