Responsibilities :

- Provide Level 2 support for RHEL production environments.
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain RHEL 8/9 servers.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and troubleshoot Linux server issues.
- Perform OS patching, upgrades, security hardening, and system maintenance.
- Manage LVM, file systems, disk partitions, users, groups, and permissions.
- Configure and troubleshoot Linux networking, including DNS, SSH, NFS,



FTP, and firewall services.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Pacemaker clusters.
- Automate routine administration tasks using Shell scripting (Bash) and Ansible.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve production issues and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements :

- 4-7 years of experience in Linux Administration.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 8/9).
- Experience with LVM, file systems, disk management, and Linux performance tuning.
- Robust knowledge of Linux networking, including IP, DNS, routing, and firewall configuration.
- Hands-on experience with YUM/DNF patch management and Linux security hardening.
- Good knowledge of SELinux, Bash Shell scripting, and automation.
- Experience with Pacemaker Cluster administration.
- Basic understanding of VMware virtualization.
- Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts.
