: Kindle Books Growth Hacker About the Role

SoluLab is hiring an AI-Native Kindle Books Growth Hacker to help build and scale a global Kindle publishing portfolio using AI, automation, and data-driven experimentation. You'll work on Amazon KDP optimization, AI-powered publishing workflows, growth experiments, and portfolio analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize Amazon KDP listings (titles, keywords, categories, descriptions, pricing, and covers).

Execute growth experiments to improve book rankings and sales.

Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, metadata, and marketing.

Analyze portfolio performance and recommend improvements.

Support book launches, Amazon Ads, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and current AI publishing tools.





Required Skills

2-5 years of experience in Amazon KDP, Kindle Publishing, Digital Publishing, Content Marketing, or E-commerce.

Hands-on experience with Amazon KDP and Kindle SEO.

Knowledge of Amazon Ads and keyword research.

Strong analytical and growth mindset.

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Canva AI.
