Role Description The Kinaxis (Immediate Joiner) role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting and optimizing supply chain planning and execution using Kinaxis RapidResponse. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and maintaining Kinaxis modules, building and updating models, running simulations, and analyzing data to improve planning accuracy and responsiveness.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into Kinaxis solutions, and support change management and user training. The Kinaxis specialist will troubleshoot issues, create documentation and standard operating procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance digital transformation for clients’ supply chain and business operations.

Qualifications

- Strong carpentry skills, including general Carpentry and Framing,



with the ability to interpret plans and support structural layouts when required for physical solution setups or demo environments.
- Proficiency with Hand Tools and Power Tools, ensuring safe and efficient use when assembling hardware components or physical infrastructure tied to solution deployments.
- Experience in Finish Carpentry, with attention to detail and quality in any physical build-outs or client-facing installations that support technology demonstrations.
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration, data modeling, and scenario analysis in supply chain planning environments.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP;) and how they are implemented within Kinaxis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and recommend actionable improvements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and business stakeholders in a remote setting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with other supply chain planning tools, ERP systems, or relevant certifications in Kinaxis or supply chain management is a plus.
