Role Overview :

As a Data Scientist (Level III/IV), you will serve as a technical lead within our core product team, bridging the gap between raw data and actionable business strategy.

You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to design, deploy, and iterate on sophisticated models that power our core utility platforms.

Your work will directly influence user retention, operational cost reduction, and the overall intelligence of our product suite, ensuring that our data infrastructure remains a competitive advantage in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to solve complex business problems, directly impacting product performance and user experience.
- Develop and deploy advanced statistical models to identify trends, optimize resource allocation, and improve predictive accuracy across our utility platforms.
- Integrate Generative AI frameworks into existing workflows to automate content generation and enhance personalized user interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless model integration into production environments, maintaining high standards of code quality and scalability.




- Translate complex data insights into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership to guide long-term product roadmaps and business growth.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying Machine Learning models in production environments, with a strong command of Python and its associated data science libraries.
- Proven ability to apply Statistical Modeling techniques to real-world datasets, ensuring rigorous analysis and reliable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and LLM implementation to solve practical business challenges.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and performance tuning within large-scale databases.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore, balancing independent research with team-oriented team sprints.
- A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
