NWe are hiring a Key Accounts Manager to handle corporate client accounts and ensure seamless execution of car rental operations.

NKey Responsibilities:

N- Manage end-to-end operations of assigned corporate accounts

N- Act as SPOC for client coordination (HR/Admin/Travel Desk)

N- Ensure smooth executionof daily trips, airport transfers, and guest movements

N- Coordinate with operations, fleet, and vendors for service delivery

N- Monitor SLA adherence and service quality

N- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution

N- Prepare and analyze MISreports

N- Identify business growth and upselling opportunities

NKey Skills:

nCandidate Requirements:

N- 4–8 years of relevant experience in mobility/car rental industry

N- Robust communication and client handling skills

N- Ability to manage multiple accounts under pressure

N- Immediate joiners preferred
