We're looking for a Junior Video Editor to support GSL's marketing team across our verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce both long-form content (brand films, webinar recordings, testimonials) and short-form content (reels, ad cuts, social snippets) across marketing sub-verticals.
- Build short-form video content for paid ad campaigns.
- Add captions, motion graphics, and basic animations to boost engagement and retention
- Collaborate with the performance marketing, social, and design to align edits with campaign briefs and creative strategy.
- Maintain an organized asset library (raw footage, templates, brand assets)
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in video editing, with experience in ad video creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Solid understanding of video formats and aspect ratios across platforms, with a creative portfolio.
- Ability to work from a creative brief with quick turnarounds.
- Basic motion graphics/animation skills
- Exposure AI video editing/generation tools (Higgsfeild, Magnific, Heygen, Eleven Labs).
Nice to Have
- Experience in edtech or education-adjacent content
- Familiarity with Canva/Figma for supporting graphics
- Exposure to A/B testing creative variants for ads
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
