Job Title: Junior Video Editor

Experience: 0–2 Years

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities

Edit videos for social media, corporate films, ads, reels, and promotional content.

Assemble raw footage into engaging and high-quality videos.

Sync audio, add music, sound effects, graphics, and basic motion elements.

Perform basic color correction and audio balancing.

Create subtitles and social media versions in different aspect ratios.

Organize project files and maintain proper folder structures.

Work closely with producers, directors, and senior editors to meet project requirements.

Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in video editing (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).

Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.

Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects.





Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage.

Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques.

Knowledge of social media content formats and trends.

Ability to take feedback positively and implement revisions quickly.

Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Basic color grading knowledge.

Basic motion graphics skills.

Understanding of different video codecs and export settings.

Experience editing YouTube, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn content.

Strong attention to detail.
