As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to transform business requirements into seamless user experiences that align with customer needs and business goals. You will own the complete design lifecycle—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff—while ensuring consistency across Alphavima's products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve user experience.

Design responsive interfaces that provide a seamless experience across devices. Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides. Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and overall visual design.

User Experience

Understand business requirements and convert them into user-centered design solutions. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations. Improve user journeys by identifying usability issues and recommending enhancements. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design patterns, and industry best practices.

Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers,



and Business Analysts throughout the product lifecycle. Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and sprint planning. Provide design specifications and assets to the development team for implementation. Review implemented designs to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

Required Skills & Experience 3–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design. Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

Experience creating responsive and mobile-first designs. Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS products, or CRM/ERP solutions is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or enterprise software is an added advantage. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for effective collaboration with developers is a plus.
