- Responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Providing technical support for both hardware and software products, including installation, configuration and maintenance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer service, to resolve customer issues
- Creating technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, for internal and external use
- Assisting with the testing and implementation of recent systems and technologies
- Participating in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed
