About the Role

We Metis Engineering Services Pvt Ltd looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated engineering graduates who are passionate about Industrial Automation, Field Services, and Industrial Machinery. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience through structured technical and real-time customer site exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of industrial machinery and automation systems.

Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation-related issues.

Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment.

Gain hands-on experience with PLCs, industrial control systems, sensors, instrumentation, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Support configuration and troubleshooting of industrial communication protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, DeviceNet, and Ethernet.

Read and understand electrical drawings, control schematics, and technical documentation.

Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation after each assignment.

Ensure compliance with customer safety regulations and company quality standards.

Coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal engineering teams. Should be able to have the ownership of assigned service visits.

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics,



Automation Engineering.

Excellent English Communication (Written & Verbal)

Knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, sensors, or instrumentation will be an added advantage.

Basic understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics.

Familiarity with industrial communication protocols is desirable.

Basic programming knowledge in C/C++/C# is an added advantage.

Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites across India and overseas, whenever required.

Internship or academic project experience in Industrial Automation, PLC Programming, Robotics, Electrical Systems, or Industrial Machinery will be an added advantage. Training & Employment:

Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month structured technical training to develop practical knowledge in industrial automation, machinery installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support.

During the training period, candidates will receive hands-on exposure to live customer projects under the guidance of experienced engineers.

At the end of the program, candidates will be evaluated based on:

- Technical competency
