We are looking for a skilled and motivated Next.js Developer with 1.5-2 years of experience to join our development team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React.js, and up-to-date frontend technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, user-friendly, and efficient web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and React.js.
- Build responsive, reusable, and high-quality UI components.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Work closely with backend developers and QA teams to ensure seamless application functionality.
Ownership & Leadership Responsibilities
- Take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Mentor and guide junior developers by providing technical support and guidance.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to improving development practices.
Required Skills
- 1.5-2 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Good understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and client-side rendering (CSR).
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge of Git version control.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Understanding of performance optimization and web accessibility best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js and npm/yarn.
- Exposure to deployment platforms such as Vercel or Netlify.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Educational Qualification
