Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate admissions enquiries, and strengthen community engagement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Visit schools, coaching institutes, residential societies, and community events to promote the institution.
- Support admission drives, education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding, and promotional materials.
- Manage and update marketing databases, enquiry records, and campaign reports.
- Assist in creating content for social media, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.




- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely follow-up on enquiries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help organize events, workshops, and outreach programs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of marketing experience are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for promotional activities.
- Robust organizational and teamwork skills.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
