KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Business process Documentation and SOP approval from Discom
Coordinating with stakeholders to integrate the applications into the overall business processes.
Lead design and ensure the platform meets all the SLAs measurement requirement.
SAT / SLA Approval of each meter lot from Discom.
Project SLAs should be met on daily / monthly basis.
To conduct monthly SAT for the maximum meter numbers possible by strong coordination with operations team.
HES/MDM/Peripheral applications
- Leading the planning and execution of integration of all system
- System should work to the satisfaction of all the stakeholders.
There should not be any delay in field operations (CI/MI etc) owing to application reasons.
Additional reports, if required, for better monitoring should be developed in respective modules.
Ensuring that adequate security patches are applied, and platform is timely upgraded

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
B.Tech (Preferably Computer Science) / MCA
Strong data interpretation Analytical ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to effectively manage numerous simultaneous External and Internal interactions
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
8+ years of total experience in the area of metering / Smart metering
